ShrinkMan is an expiration date management software that allows for proactive management of pharmacy inventory expiration dates. ShrinkMan is developed for the Australian retail pharmacy sector.

We used to manage short-dated stock using paper and pen, and we thought there could be a better way, and then we build ShrinkMan. At the pharmacy, we call the app "Shrinky". ShrinkMan is a game-changer. It is a must-have app if you are driven to make your pharmacy business succeed. It allows pharmacy stores to efficiently track expiration dates, save labour hours, reduce shrink from expired products, and enable pharmacies trade stock before expiry dates. Pharmacy staff use this app to scan the barcode of a product that is going out of date soon, and we use this data to plan what we do with the stock before it expires. The advantage is that all the information is central, and there is no need to write barcodes or names, quantities and expiry dates only to lose the paper and start all over again! We have loaded all the Australian pharmacy barcodes, which reduces key entry to add descriptions.
